Chapel & Mass
In keeping with Lourdes' faith-based mission, our newly dedicated Chapel is designed as the centerpiece of the new hospital. Located on the first floor off the lobby, the Saint Agnes of Assisi Chapel is always open to patients, families, and friends for prayer and meditation. Daily Mass is celebrated Sunday through Friday at 11:30am.

Fresh Air & Natural Light
Rooftop courtyards, meditation garden, and balconies have been incorporated throughout the new hospital, along with naturally lit atriums, expansive windowed patient rooms and waiting spaces that provide a breath of fresh air. Quiet prayer rooms, family kitchens and comfortable waiting spaces are provided for on every patient level for guest comfort. 

Room Service -- At Your Request
At Your Request Room Service Dining allows our patients to order the food of their choice at the time of their choice. You may place your order by dialing FOOD (3663) any time between 6:30am and 7:00pm. An operator will take your order and within 45 minutes your food will be delivered to your room. You can even place your entire day's selection at once.

The GetWellNetwork
Using your bedside TV, the GetWellNetwork is able to shape the patient journey by providing an experience full of entertainment and award-winning education, which empowers patients to take an active role in the care process. All from your in-room TV you can learn more about your health, request services, access email and the Internet, watch movies, and more.

Flair -- at Our Lady of Lourdes
The hospital's new gift shop, Flair, is open Monday through Friday, from 8am until 5:30pm. Stop in and see what great gifts and surprises they have to offer.

Wireless Internet
Free wireless Internet access is available hospital-wide for laptops and phones. Connect to the network called "Guest."

Cafeteria
Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center offers a variety of freshly prepared food selections and serves hot breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Dining Room is open 7 days a week, from 6:30am to 7pm, and accepts employee payroll deduction, as well as Visa, Master Card or Cash.

Located at Security near the ER entrance.

ATM (Automated Teller Machine)
Located in the main lobby on the first floor.

Vending Machines
The vending area includes sandwiches, beverages, and snacks. It is located on the first floor next to the Dining Room. There are also vending stations located in the Family Kitchens (floors 3-6), and in the Emergency Department.
