Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center is committed to working collaboratively with local partners to assess and address the health needs within our local communities and to advance population health locally, regionally and nationally.
We work with many community partners on collective efforts to strengthen the quality of life, health and well-being of all in our communities. We approach this work with the understanding that health is valued by all members in our communities and is determined by many factors, including social, behavioral, environmental and medical.
As we commit to working with others to produce measurable improvements in the health of all community residents, our strategies to improve community health are best determined and implemented through partnerships between health care providers, community members and community-based organizations.
The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) federal regulations require that all not-for-profit hospitals in the United States study and report on the health needs of communities they serve every three (3) years. We are pleased to share our community health needs assessment with you and welcome your feedback. You can send your comments to Jim.Schellman@lourdesrmc.com
